Keep your front garden really neat; include nice flowering plants into the garden at least three months before you plan to sell your home. You should also keep the bushes trimmed and keep your grasses well cut. Remove all the dried leaves from the sidewalk and porch. You need to keep you’re house smell good when your potential buyers arrive, so burn a nice candle or leave a potpourri.
